Every child is a dancer, and during the summer, our studio becomes a gymnasium for young artists of all types. During summer dance immersion camps for ages 4-13, students are divided into two class sections by age and ability (making summer dance immersions accessible for both new and experienced dancers) as we rehearse, explore, and create in preparation for the end-of-camp showcase for parents. 

Park Slope

Ages 3-8 | June 30-August 29 | 9am-3pm | $550/week

Ume  Ume Campers will be moving, creating, and learning in a fun, safe, collaborative, and inspiring artistic and academic environment. Campers  will explore the works of famous composers, musicians, artists, and  dancers while implementing and developing their own creative skills  through the arts. Some activities Ume Ume Campers will be engaging in  are: singing, violin, keyboard, art/crafts, and movement.

Tap into creativity and discover new passions this summer at Camp CinemaKidz, NYC’s hub for film, animation, and media arts for ages 5 to 15!  Kidz aren’t just campers, they’re authors, chefs, digital animators, filmmakers, actors in a kid-created world, and set designers in their own right. Write your own story, star in your very own cooking show, become an illustrator or digital animator; design costumes, sets, and props in Art Direction, or explore NYC with your production team, camera in hand – days are jam packed with activities, as well as fun outdoor games and water sports.

Fort Greene and Park Slope

For over 20 years Gymstars has provided Summer Camps in Gymnastics and Circus!  We bring the FUN while kids learn skills, gain confidence, make friends and lifelong memories!  All of our camps are weekly themed units and end with a show or special event!  This year we feature Gymnastics and Circus, Dance, Parkour and Performance outdoors!  Join the FUN and stay for the Cartwheels!

Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Prospect Park

At World Martial Arts Centers camps, kids age 5 and above learn to navigate the challenges of our ever-changing world. We have a fun curriculum that is packed with martial arts and life training. Kids learn the basics of self-esteem, self-confidence and self-respect from a loving and highly professional staff. They also learn chess, money management, and spend time in Prospect Park, the Botanic Gardens, and the Brooklyn Museum. This camp is an extraordinary gift for a child.

Campers will have the opportunity to focus on singing, guitar, banjo, fiddle, ukulele and traditional folk dances and games. Here, at Jalopy, we are flexible and can find a place for any student with any amount of previous musical experience.
