The Brooklyn Conservatory of Music offers a wide range of weeklong summer music camps for ages 5 and up, spanning genres ranging from jazz and big-band music to pop, rock, and chamber music. Come make music with us this summer in Park Slope!

Summer Camp at Chelsea Piers in Brooklyn gives kids ages 3-14 a structured, active summer built around movement, confidence, and fun. Camps include our multi-sport Camp Chelsea, soccer, gymnastics, and ninja in a safe environment led by experienced coaches. Camps run weekly, so you can enroll by the week based on your schedule. Full-day and preschool camp options are available. Families can also add a daily 1:1 swim lesson for focused skill development. Enroll early and save!

Brooklyn Ninja Academy offers half day summer sessions. Three hours each day consist of specialized training, obstacle clinics, skills and strength training, games, ninja workshops plus professional ninja visits and interactions, and more ninja fun! Some days we work on technique, some days we run obstacle courses, and all days are active and fun! Your kids are always working with coaches who ensure their safety and their proper progression learning ninja obstacles. They’ll love it so much they’ll want to make ninja their main sport. Kids can train all summer to prepare for advanced classes in the fall, or even compete in the World Ninja League.

Ume Ume Campers will be moving, creating, and learning in a fun, safe, collaborative, and inspiring artistic environment. Campers will explore the works of famous composers, musicians, artists, and dancers while implementing and developing their own creative skills through the arts. Some activities Ume Ume Campers will be engaging in are: music composition and songwriting, singing, violin, arts and crafts, choreography, movement, and dance!

City Savvy Explorers offers dynamic experiences for children ages 8-12. Our experiences are designed to build confidence, independence, and curiosity while exploring NYC. Each day, our explorers will set out on exciting journeys to iconic landmarks, hidden gems, and vibrant public spaces learning how to confidently use public transportation, read maps, and make smart decisions in a big city. Through hands-on activities, interactive challenges, and group adventures, they’ll build street smarts, problem-solving skills, and a deep appreciation for NYC’s culture and history-all while making new friends!

Campers will be introduced to basic hand building techniques by creating functional pieces. They will paint with Acrylics on Canvas, and learn  how  to Mosaic.  Each camper will receive individualized instruction.  Some projects will be ready for your artist to bring home right away. The other creations will be ready for pick up in two weeks, after they are glazed and fired.
