Description
Throw on the costume and join your kids for trick or treating around the community! Trick or treating usually starts around 3:30pm after school and ends around dusk or whenever folks run out of candy. Feel free to simply wander local streets in search of participating neighbors or join a friend in an apartment high-rise; in Brooklyn, it's a bounty of candy riches!
The DOT's Open Streets map features pedestrianized streets and the DOT is expected to announce popup activations across the borough for Halloween day.
