Our Halloween Parade is ALWAYS on Halloween, rain or shine. The CHA is already hard at work securing the permits, band, and decorations to make this another amazing Halloween for our neighborhood!
Everyone is invited to come and enjoy the fun, and of course to trick-or-treat throughout the neighborhood afterward. We can't wait to see all the creative costumes - actually, all costumes, creative or not! Families will march down Congress to Henry, around to Warren Street, and back to the park.
