Save the Date for the 2025 Hippo Spring Fair on Sunday, May 4th, from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm! Tickets and wristbands are now on sale.
The Hippo Playground Project is an all-volunteer Park User Group affiliate of Riverside Park Conservancy that works in conjunction with the Parks Department to maintain the playground and provide free activities for the community.
An Upper West Side institution, the Hippo Playground Spring Fair celebrates the season with pony rides, bouncy castles, a petting zoo, games, prizes, crafts, food, face painting, entertainment, and more! Proceeds from the Hippo Spring Fair fund the Hippo Summer Concert Series
Please note that only children need to have wristbands or tickets. Early wristband pickup will take place on Saturday, May 3rd, from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm at the Hippo Park House. On the day of, wristbands and tickets will be available at both the playground and in the Crabapple Grove. Please check social media for additional wristband pickup dates and times.
