Description
A FREE hands-on art workshop introduces young artists ages 8–13 to fluid art. Led by professional artist and educator Danielle Cherry, participants will learn acrylic pour techniques such as color mixing, pouring, tilting, and layering to create beautiful marbled patterns and abstract compositions.
Each Young BKLYN artist is eligible to register for one workshop only.
Workshop overview:
Complete two original artworks: one to take home and one to be featured in the Young BKLYN: Art in Motion exhibition.
Have their work professionally exhibited at the C.A.N.V.A.S Gallery at CityPoint BKLYN.
All materials will be provided, and light refreshments will be available.
Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and enjoy the creative atmosphere.
Space is limited, and your RSVP is a commitment to attend. We appreciate any cancellations within 48 hours of the session to open spaces for aspiring artists.
