🌎 Earth Day Shoreline Cleanup at Shirley Chisholm State Park in East New York (all ages)

Interested in volunteering and making a difference this Earth Day? Come to Shirley Chisholm State Park!

Join us for a shoreline cleanup along the Fountain Water Access Area on Saturday, April 12th, 2025, from 1 pm to 3 pm!

All materials, including hand sanitizer, gloves, and garbage pickers are provided. Please dress for the weather and wear shoes you don't mind getting muddy!

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Fountain Water Access Area is about 0.7 miles, or a 15-20 minute walk, from the Fountain Ave Parking Lot. Please refer to the map below.
