The Constant Gardener (La constance du jardinier) Friends of Fort Greene Park invites you to a free performance dedicated to celebrating and saving 78 trees in Fort Greene Park.
Dance scholar/choreographer Marija Krtolica and visual artist Damien Rambure with guest dancer Despina Sophia Stamos join together to create a perfomrance piece celebrating trees in Fort Greene Park. This will be the U.S. premiere and third showing of their collaborative art project, to highlight the value of trees and their preservation. All ages welcome! Attend one or both events!
Drawing Trees- 1:45-2:45 pm-Join us on the mounds, at the bottom of the monument stairs in Fort Greene Park. Feel free to bring your own materialsmaterials to draw, but some materials will be provided. Call 646-248-1077 to confirm.
