Come join us for a fun and energizing Kids Yoga session! This event is perfect for children between the ages of 7 and 12 who want to stretch, move, and relax. Our experienced instructors will guide the kids through various yoga poses and breathing exercises in a safe and supportive environment. No prior yoga experience is required, so whether your child is a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, they are sure to have a great time.
