Next Step Community Church creates environments to help hurting people heal, from providing holistic care to those experiencing or recovering from addiction to meeting the practical needs of individuals and families in Downtown Brooklyn.

Support new parents coming into our space by providing them with prayer and resources for their parenting journey! On the first Saturday of each month, volunteers help us distribute care packages to new and expecting moms who have been referred to us by shelters, hospitals, social workers, and friends.

Volunteers will

• Welcome new moms
• Help do intake
• Organize the care packages
• Offer to pray for the parent/caretaker

This is a family-friendly volunteer opportunity! Volunteers are welcome to bring their children with them.
