Expecting mothers, join us for a relaxing and empowering prenatal yoga class led by Stacey, an experienced pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher and mother of two. This 45-minute prenatal flow will start with mindful breathing and connection, followed by a gentle yoga sequence designed to release common pregnancy discomforts, build strength safely, and create space for you to connect with yourself and your baby. Special Note: Parents bringing children ages 3-6 can enjoy peace of mind while their little ones participate in fun camp activities in our front classroom. Space is limited to 18 women – be sure to bring your own yoga mat and enroll today to reserve your spot! About Stacey: Stacey is a dedicated prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher who deeply understands the journey to motherhood. As a mom of two young girls, Stacey combines her personal experience with the transformative power of yoga to support women in both body and mind during pregnancy and beyond.
Who
This is a Yoga class for adults. Anyone enrolled with a child ages 3-6 may bring them too.
