Description

To celebrate Veterans Month, Brooklyn Community Board 3, Community Board 8, and Community Board 16 Veterans Affairs Committees will host their 6th Annual Veterans Appreciation Day Parade and Resource Fair. This collaborative community event will occur on Saturday, November 2, 2024, beginning at 11:00 noon.

The Parade will STEP OFF from Bright Light Baptist Church located at 1676 Park Place (Ralph and Howard Avenue), march down Ralph Avenue to Fulton Street, and then proceed down Fulton Street to Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Plaza (Fulton Street and New York Avenue). The Resource Fair will open at noon, offering available resources to attending veterans, and the Ceremony will immediately follow the Parade at the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Plaza.
