Fall Frights in Your Backyard
Take a spooky stroll through the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden Pop-Up this fall! Our fearsome and friendly scarecrows return to greet you in the Pop-Up and other locations around the Garden. Enjoy family favorites like the seasonal book box, puppet theater, and musical instruments, and explore a variety of specimens from the Cucurbit family—observing these pumpkins and gourds up close!

Guided Activities with Teen Explainers
During guided programs, peek inside a pumpkin to discover even more about this fall fruit, and explore night-blooming plants while learning about their pollinator friends. Read an autumn tale from our book box or join us for story time with one of our teen Explainers. Then pot up your own festive fall plant to take home. Investigate the magic of mushrooms while you’re here, and create your own mushroom-based mycelium sculpture inspired by Wonderland: Curious Nature to grow at home.
