Bring some, take some! Have lots of terrific stuff taking up space but no longer giving you joy? Bring them to Greencycle ""Spring Cleaning"" Swap on Saturday, September 28th. JEMS 126, 424 Leonard St (Bayard St entrance), Williamsburg/Greenpoint, Brooklyn
Join Town Square to recycle, reuse and reduce! Drop off your cleaned and useable CLOTHES, SHOES, BOOKS, BEDDING, AND TOYS - and browse the selection.
SIMPLE RULES:
- ONLY cleaned, gently used, working and useable items please.
- NO need to bring things to take things.
- NO items other than clothes, shoes, books, bedding, and toys.
- Out of consideration for others, we may limit folks to 1 bag or the number of bags that you've brought to donate to the swap.
- We do not allow taking donated items to resell. Why? Because all remaining items are donated to other non-profits to help neighbors truly in need. Suggested donation: $10 a family to help cover costs and support local nonprofit Town Square BK and amazing Brooklyn scouts. Town Square is a qualified 501(c)(3) not‐for‐profit institution. Your donation will be TAX DEDUCTIBLE to the full extent of the law.
