The Bed-Stuy Gateway BID is hosting our annual Back to School Bash at Marcy Plaza, offering a variety of free services and giveaways to the community. Scheduled for Saturday, August 24th, from 11 am to 2 pm, the event promises to be a day of preparation and fun for the upcoming school year. Attendees can look forward to complimentary haircuts from Platinum Cuts, backpacks filled with school supplies, a selection of books from House of Speak Easy and Brooklyn Book Bodega, and even a free shredding service.
