Join Brooklyn Bridge Parents x Mommy Poppins for their bigger than ever annual Back to School Party by powered by Community Offshore Wind during Montague Open Streets with 40 free kids activities, performances and more.
There will be games, arts & crafts, soccer, bubble shows (2-3 pm), face painting, kids fitness classes, an obstacle course, DJ, and much more. Live performances will include a kids concert by Hopalong Andrew (12:30-1:15 pm) and a dance party by Hype Dance (3-3:30 pm).
Bring a swimsuit and towel for hydrant sprinkler fun and water play powered by Macaroni KID Brooklyn NW (weather permitting). Donate gently used books for ages 0-18 to Brooklyn Book Bodega at Books are Magic from 12-3 pm.
Enjoy car-free blocks on Montague Street from Clinton – Henry & Henry – Hicks. Best for ages 0 – 12. Open Streets on Montague is a project of the Montague Street Business Improvement District in collaboration with the Brooklyn Heights Association and the New York City Department of Transportation. Come out to play, make friends, and dance! (Rain date Sunday, September 22)
