BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn is New York City’s longest-running, free, outdoor performing arts festival, every year at the Lena Horne Bandshell in Prospect Park.
BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! is partnering with NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Contest for the third year in a row! Join us for a night of musical discovery headlined by Thee Sacred Souls and their musical tapestry-weaving that blends ’60s soul with ’70s R&B. Adi Oasis opens the night with her soaring vocal chops and lively blend of soul, funk, and R&B. Also featuring a set by this year’s Tiny Desk Contest winner, The Philharmonik.
NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Contest is returning to BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Nearly 7,000 musicians entered this year’s Tiny Desk Contest, NPR Music’s annual search for the next great undiscovered artist. After the winner plays a Tiny Desk concert, they’ll hit the road for a country-wide tour. Join us on June 22nd for a one-of-a-kind concert with the 2024 Contest winner, plus special (TBA) headlining acts. The 2024 Tiny Desk Contest is presented by Capital One and supported by The Lagunitas Brewing Company.
