One day only! Celebrate Earth Day by recycling the plastic food containers your local recycling center can't process. Down to Earth Markets will host a Terra Cycle collection bin for take-out containers, clamshells, etc. As long as it's clean plastic, we can take it! Drop-off is at the manager's tent.
- Come by our manager's tent to see our infographic on the impact of food waste and scan the QR codes to get tips for minimizing food waste in your kitchen.
- Upcycled Chalk Painting Activity for Kids - Kids can use our upcycled chalk paint to turn our plaza into their art canvas!
The Park Slope Down to Earth Farmers Market is open on Sundays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, year-round.
