Take a deep breath and let the stress of the week melt away. Spend an hour relaxing and rejuvenating while using active stretching to help lengthen and strengthen your body. Proper stretching helps prevent injuries, increases energy, and contributes to the body being in balance.
Weather permitting, this yoga class will take place outside on our second-floor patio (without cats) — stairs are required. Young folks 14+ are welcome to attend.
Please note that this class is located on the second floor which does require stairs and does not include time in the main space. We are happy to book additional time for you for an additional $12.
To speed up your entry, please complete a waiver online before coming to class. You're welcome to bring your yoga mat, otherwise, we will provide one.
