Description
Join the Conservancy and Dodge YMCA for Pilates every Sunday! Enhance your control, stability, coordination, endurance, balance, strength, and flexibility. Classes run on Sundays, May 12 through September 29 from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM at the Pier 3 Central Lawn.
Advanced registration and waiver are required. Note, that we are opening registration by the month (opens at the start of the month for all classes that month). Cancellations are not required, but are appreciated to give our instructors a head count!
