🪴 Seed Swap at The Old Stone House in Park Slope (all ages)

Description

Old Stone House’s director of Gardens, Sam Lewis, and Garden Coordinator, Angela Lombardo, are excited to announce a seed swap on Sunday, April 7th, from 10:00 am to noon.

This event is open to everyone, even if you have no prior experience with gardening or seed starting. Connect with other home gardeners, ask Angela and Sam questions about seeds and seed starting, and diversify your own garden with new plants and seeds that you’d like to try.

How does a seed swap event work?

• Bring your own seeds and look through our seed library to trade for something new to you.
• Please make sure that your seeds are in clearly labeled seed packets or baggies.
• Folks who do not have access to an outdoor growing space but are avid house plant growers are welcome to swap and trade cuttings from your favorite houseplants.
• Nothing to swap this time? Leave a donation to support the gardens in exchange for what you take; all donations support the development of the OSH gardens.
