Notes regarding time
8AM - 11AMDescription
The camp will take place indoors at The Post BK (100 Dobbin Street) from 8am, with arrival from 7.45am. Our coach will lead the players through a series of organized mini games that help to develop listening skills, balance, running, playing as a group, basic ball skills and foot-eye coordination. There will also be plenty of time to scrimmage!
Players will be split into age groups: 5-6yrs and 7-10yrs. Format of the day:
- 7:45am Start to arrive
- 8:00am Camp starts, Warmup, Technical games
- 9:30am Scheduled snack (if needed)/drink break (water breaks through the day as needed)
- 9:45am Camp resumes Themed small sided games
- 11:00am Camp ends
