Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's World Trade Center, Westfield World Trade Center, Asian Culture Center (ACC) featuring theBLANC, New York Chinese Cultural Center (NYCCC), and Beijing Contemporary Art Foundation in partnership with the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC). Events will take place on the Oculus floor.
