Description
Socrates is delighted to offer FREE yoga classes of Vinyasa yoga – a series of flowing poses linked to the awareness of breath with instructor Jennifer Batson.
During this 1 hour class, you will get your breath and body moving by starting with slow movements which will build to standing poses as well as offer some balancing poses to help maintain your strength and stability throughout the week. Classes will end with restorative stretches so you feel recharged and are ready to take on the rest of the day. Participants should wear comfortable clothing as well as bring a mat, towel & water. Everyone & all levels of experience are welcome!
