Description
The International Day of Yoga has been celebrated across the world annually on June 21 since 2015, following its inception in the United Nations General Assembly in 2014. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India.
Join us at Waterline Square to celebrate International Day of Yoga in NYC!
We invite you to come practice with us and honor the roots of yoga. We will have a special yoga session for kids 12 and under, followed by an art activity. This will be followed by a yoga practice for any skill level. As the sun sets, everyone can take part in a soothing Sound Healing meditation, followed by a Special Solstice Performance.
