Description

The Cobble Hill Halloween Parade is ON – rain or shine. This year’s parade will once again be led by the incomparable Brass Queens. Music starts in Cobble Hill Park at 3:30 pm, and the parade leaves from the Congress Street entrance exactly at 4 pm. After the parade, stick around for some of the best trick-or-treating in Brooklyn!
