Description
For four Tuesdays in July & August, Domino Square transforms into an outdoor movie theatre, with double features of movies set in NYC. 4 pm showings feature family-friendly movies and activities, presented by A Rosie Day. 7 pm showings explore NYC from the 1980s to the 2010s, presented by Nitehawk Cinema, with DJ sets that take you back in time.
Domino Square opens at 3:30 pm for the first showing, and 6 pm for the second showing. Movies go on rain or shine. In severe weather, we will send a notification about the cancellation the morning of the screening. Show your ticket to receive a 20% discount on ice cream at Odd Fellows.

The quiet life of a terrier named Max is upended when his owner takes in Duke, a stray whom Max instantly dislikes.
During the movie, A Rosie Day will guide participants in imagining their perfect pet: What will it look like? Will it have sparkly wings, a polka-dotted tail? They’ll then make it colorful and silly by adding fun pieces for features from a buffet of materials-mostly up-cycled as well as collage cut outs. To add dimension, they will be asked what their pets chosen name is, and then have a chance to create little collars.
