Led by nurturing and professional teaching artists, BAX’s Youth Education Department offers weekly after school and Saturday morning studio classes in Dance, Drama, Drag Arts, Tumbling and Creative Movement for ages 3-18. Our programs are built on five core values: skill-building, creative choice, collaboration, performance, and community.

At Brooklyn Youth Ballet, we believe that the high art form of ballet should be accessible, joyful, and deeply connected to our vibrant community. Our mission is to nurture the next generation of artists by combining exceptional technical training with an all-inclusive environment where every child feels valued and inspired. While classical ballet forms the core foundation of our curriculum, we enthusiastically embrace a diverse range of dance styles to foster well-rounded, versatile performers.

Child’s Play NY theater classes are right for both the child who passionately dreams of being on stage and the one who is simply looking for a joy-filled after school class! These award-winning theater classes empower young people to develop themselves and their skills. With a 12-student cap on each production class, students have ample stage-time and maximum growth. Their rehearsal process involves improv and research-backed theater games to stoke creativity and develop imaginations.

Last Place on Earth offers unique afterschool clubs where kids explore creativity, teamwork, and imagination. With options like Dungeons and Dragons, arts and crafts, improv, comic books, witchcraft, and more, there's something for every interest. Our welcoming space helps kids build confidence, make friends, and have fun—all guided by passionate instructors who love what they do. Weekday adventures await!

DUMBO | Drama Classes | Ages 3-11 | Weekdays/Afterschool + Weekends

Seriously fun, actor-led drama classes for kids ages 3–11 at The RAT NY Theatre in DUMBO. From storytelling and puppets for the littles, to full plays and Shakespeare for older kids. Every class is an imagination-first adventure. Weekly classes, camp days & bespoke birthday parties.

Act, move, create, and play – where will your imagination take you today? At Treasure Trunk, students incorporate movement, music, theatrical exploration, and visual arts to express themselves and connect with the world around them. Treasure Trunk offers school holiday and summer camps, baby-toddler classes, afterschool programming, birthday parties, and full scale musical productions.
