At Beam Camp, youth aged 9-17 and staff learn to make their ideas a reality. Through fine and manual arts, technology, and collaboration, Beam Campers cultivate hands-on skills while exploring innovative thinking, design, and the creative process. We have a fully equipped woodshop, metal shop, fabrication lab, and an arts and craft barn ready for ceramics, sewing, painting and more. Campers spend a good portion of their day in those shops and making their own self-designed projects known as Independent Work projects. At both our two-week and four-week camp sessions, we also invite practicing artists to lead workshops that we call Domains, during which they share their artistic practices, trades, and hobbies with campers.

At Brooklyn Music Factory Songwriting Camp, kids ages 4-11 & 12-14 (CITs) join bands, and spend their days writing songs, playing music games, and getting creative in our fully equipped studios. Brooklyn Ninja Academy offers half day summer sessions. City Savvy Explorers offers dynamic experiences for children ages 8-12. Our experiences are designed to build confidence, independence, and curiosity while exploring NYC. Each day, our explorers will set out on exciting journeys to iconic landmarks, hidden gems, and vibrant public spaces learning how to confidently use public transportation, read maps, and make smart decisions in a big city. Campers will be introduced to basic hand building techniques by creating functional pieces. They will paint with Acrylics on Canvas, and learn  how  to Mosaic.  Each camper will receive individualized instruction.  Some projects will be ready for your artist to bring home right away. The other creations will be ready for pick up in two weeks, after they are glazed and fired.

Cobble Hill

Join us this summer to create in clay! For ages 9-16, we offer weekly camps in July and August where students will learn the fundamentals of throwing pottery on the wheel as well as handbuilding. Pottery develops growth in coordination, self-confidence, and of course creativity! All levels are welcome and class will be customized to each individual's skill level. Students will create many masterpieces and pick their top 10 at the end of camp for our staff to glaze and fire for them. Your child's creations will be ready for pickup in 4 weeks.

Pixie Pods Camp is a high-energy dance and tumbling camp hosted at South Oxford Park and in our warm, colorful studio on the 2nd floor of Atlantic Terminal Mall in Downtown Brooklyn (next to Applebee’s). We offer two options: Big Pixies Camp (ages 4–8) is located at Atlantic Terminal Mall and includes rotating dance styles like Hip-Hop, ballet, tap, tumbling, or K-Pop. Lil Pixies Camp (ages 2.5–4) is located at South Oxford Park and alternates between Hip-Hop and tumbling each day, with an optional extended day from 1pm-6pm at Atlantic Terminal Mall.
