Brooklyn Builders Studio, founded by local parents, offers a joyful, hands-on architecture program for ages 5 to 13 in Gowanus. Kids develop design skills through sketching, model making, and material exploration, all in a screen-free environment. After-School is available Monday through Friday, September 10 - December 23, with pick up from neighboring schools. Mini Studios are offered during school holidays.
I am a local mom with two busy and active kids. I have loved and lived in Brooklyn for 17 years; from riverfront parks to crave-worthy restaurants, fun events, and our amazing "village" – who’s got it better than us?! I am thrilled to share a roundup of the best local events, activities, & businesses with you in one easy-to-use website and weekly email.
